Agrodev Canada Inc.: Environment


	Agrodev's environmental practice focuses on the social and economic development of people, their communities and institutions. Agrodev integrates environmental policy, management, planning and assessments into broader natural and human resource management. We work in partnership with our clients for improved environmental performance on the ground. Institutional development, capacity building and training are central to most assignments. Agrodev also provides senior management expertise to the planning, assessment and approval (EIA) of small to very large infrastructure and natural resource development projects. Project Profiles Strengthening Capabilities for Implementing Environmental Impact Assessment, Nepal Agrodev assisted the Government of Nepal in developing sectoral EIA guidelines, inter-ministerial coordination, effective EIA implementation procedures, and human resources development. Environment Planning and Assessement, the Palestinian Authority Agrodev assisted the Palestinian Authority with the development and implementation of environmental planning and assessment policy, procedures, and capacity building. Environmental Management Training / Study Tours, Canada Agrodev has carried out three in-Canada training / study tours for officials of the Taiwanese Environmental Protection Administration.
