Agrodev is working with this AIDS service
organization to provide various levels of
organizational development support. We have
worked with the organization on how to do
strategic planning that involves community
partners, clients, staff and the Board and
supported them through the process. In helping
the organization adjust to its changing operating
environment, we have provided training and on-going
coaching to staff and management on work
planning, performance evaluation, team building
and conflict resolution skills.
Solidarity Feminine, Djibouti
For the Oxfam Canada Horn of Africa Capacity
Building Program, Agrodev provided training in
participatory planning and action to the members
and board of this local NGO in Djibouti.
Marie Stopes Madagascar, Madagascar
Agrodev provided training in participatory
planning and action and participatory monitoring
and evaluation to the staff and management of
this local NGO that works in the area of family
planning and reproductive health.
