tb_socialdev.jpg (2283 bytes) Effective social development provides the opportunity for all
people to grow and develop according to their own needs and
desires.  Agrodev's projects empower stakeholders, including
women, through the use of participatory planning and rapid
rural appraisal methodologies.  Gender equity and poverty
issues are more and more prominent in project design and
execution, and Agrodev has developed core experience in
these areas. Poverty reduction and gender equity are central
to Agrodev's work.
